Divers, handstands are vital to perfect. This will help with your handstands on the platforms as well as your line up positioning when entering the water.

All these drills should be held for at least 20 seconds.

his is the perfect way to drill the entries in the pool. Don't wait to come to training, utilise your time at home and practice your line up drills for all directions.

All drills should be complete 20 times at each level.

We were lucky enough to have a gymnastics workshop at Shrewsbury Gymnastics Club. We were able to leanr new flexibilty and conditioning ideas which will help home workouts. Make sure you watch the video to learn new skills.

Our highlights from a fantastic weekend in Dublin. 25 divers flew out to Ireland bring home 2 bronze medals, 10 silver and 5 gold. Everybody dived fantastically and the support from the team was incredible!
